hah.. just wanna inform my baby dah mula tersedu2 dalam perut hahhahaha.. best giler bila dapat gelakkan dia dalam perut lagik.. cedu-cedu bila papa usik2 yer.. dia dah leh main2 even dalam perut. bila usik + cakap2 dia mula laa gerak sekuat2 hati sampai wife aku sakit perut. cian kat wife aku.. active gak anak aku esok..

smalam aku gi sogo konon nak carik laa lagi barang baby.. perghhhh ramai gilos org nak nyopping nih.. mentang2 lah cuti merdeka.. last2 gi beli streliser jer utk bottle dia. itu pon bapak gila mahal. huhuhu takper laah nak.. utk kebaikan mu jua... esok dah kuar jgn nakal2 key.. muahrghhh cayang dia.. ok papa nak balik umah sat tgk mama mu. pastu nakg meeting lak ngan PJH tu.. buhsan btol..

esoknya 30july aku plan nak gi tgk wayang kat mines citer pirates tu alih2 lambat lak tayangan dia. so moved trus gi kl. cekonon nak ke sogo tgk barang baby. park dekat times square nak book ticket wayang. tengok movie time pukul 5.00 pm, lewat jer aku rasa. trus tak jadi beli. lepas tu perut lapo nih.. mana nak makan nih.. jalan punya jalan jumpa lak chicken hartz.. wahhh my mife suggest makan buffet ayam. macam2 ada. hahahha satu kepala rm16.90 kira ok laa kalau nak diikutkan makan kfc ker kenny rogers ke. boley makan banyak2 sumer ada dari nasi sampai ais krim. kat 2 jam kitorang lepak dalam chicken hartz tu makan2 sambil borak2.

dah tak jadik tengok muvie kitorang pon nak caloh arr.. buat per nak tunggu lama2 parking dah la mahal huk huk huk.. pastu balik singgah arr umah ayahanda mertua..

sampai sana tgk si amiaw tu sakit tenat. kurus giler perut dia aku tgk. hurmm cian diaa.. balik sana borak2 arr ngan ayahanda mertua. macam2 borak.. tapi lupa dah apa yg diborakkan hehhehe.. pastu dalam kul 10 tu kitorang pon balik arr umah. penat seharian jalan tgk wayang nya hari lain hahhahaha. nak tgk barang baby pon tak sempat. hurmm..

erm.. skarang wife dah 7month..barang utk baby blom beli satu apa lgi pon. kenapa tah wife aku nak tunggu mega sale. padahal sama jer aku rasa. takper la mebi this weekend gi beli kut. atleast something kena prepare. tak sangka cepat betul masa berlalu. tup2 dah masuk 7month. Baby dalam perut dah start tendang kuat2. wife aku malam2 dok terkebil2 mata takleh tido hehhe pengalaman mengandung. pasni dah bertiga. aku berdoa moga kami sekeluarga sihat sejahtera dan bahagia sepanjang hayat. sekarang ni dah keje tempat baru, site pon kat putrajaya. dekat la sket nak jenguk2 wife aku tu. cian kat dia. tapi yg paling aku risau perut dia tak nampak besar pon isk isk isk konpius den. la nih dah 7bulan baru nampak sket hehhe..

smalam gi survey pusat jagaan kanak2, bila gi tgk tempat tu sayu plak hati...isk isk takkan nak biar anak aku sok sorang2 kat situ. papa ngan mama gi kerja. dengan keadaan bebudak lain yg lasak dan bising, erm kanak2 bawah umur la katakan. macam mana ek? isk isk nak amik maid blom lagi rasanya sebab laa nih macam2 jadik. jgn di bawak lari baby aku udah. Nau'zubillah... kalau nak bawak barang je takper. macam2 benda nak pikir.. tanggung jawab makin besar. huhuhu

30 july aritu besday aku.. kebetulan plak member teknik buat mini gath malam tu kat bangsar sanun...wife aku dah book malam tu nak celebrate sesama. korang nih pon satu..buat laa kat gerai depan jalan kat seri kembangan udah laa.. dekat sket aku nak layan hahahhaha..sori geng tak dapat join.

tapi yang bestnya bila aku balik umah sabtu tu ada surprise... ahakssss aku rilek jer la balik keje penat nak minum air. alih2 wife aku terus tanpa berlengah2 (takut kantoi) offer air teh sejuk dalam petiais (dalam petiais simpan kek).. slruupppss aku minum. tengok atas meja ada spegeti isk sedapnya.pastu aku ingat nak rilek2 sat kat sofa sambil tgk tv. dia plak beria2 suh naik mandi dulu pastu makan sama2. aku layan jer laa. naik atas aku mandi macam biasa. tak la cepat sgt. aku dah siap2 turun aaa bawah.. waaaaaaa atas meja siap ada lilin. kira candle-light laaa nih. ada 3 hadiah siap bungkus cantik2 atas meja sebelah lilin tu. waaaaaa terpesona aku melihatnya hehheheheh ada gelas yg cantik beralaskan piring perak. pinggan yg lawa beli kat langkawi. alas meja kaler gold. dan air sarsi gas+ais satu jug. fuhhh canggih la wife aku nih. pastu dia bising2 sebab aku mandi cepat sangat. nak tergelak aku. pastu aku rasa cian kat dia sure penat giler nak prepare sumer2 nih.. aduhaiii alaahaiiii isteriku.. sayang dia muahhssssggghhhhhh aku pon duduk kat meja dan baca doa makan pastu makan bersama isteriku dan bakal anakku. yeyy yeyy dah kenyang leh bukak hadiah muahahhaha aku kena teka dulu sebelum bukak. ada 3 hadiah. besar...kecik sket...kecik--->saiz hadiah. hah korang teka laa.. aku tanak bagitau. kalau nak tau korang tanya ika hehhehe opsss sebelum tu selepas makan spegeti tu wife aku keluarkan kek dari petiais.. wahhh siap ada kek. dia cakap beli masa tengah hari sabtu time aku keje tu. patutla bila aku tipon henpon dia tak jawab. jawab sms jer sebab takut kantoi muahahhahaha.. tenkiu my beloved wife.

ahhh... penat jugak keje tempat baru nih... aku masuk time nak kena audit ngan sirim.. nak check ISO lah mcm2 menda nak kena check... giler jugak starting keje baru nih... ahad pon sebulan sekali kerja.. sabtu memang kerja.. wife aku la kat umah dok monyok takder geng.. heheh cian dia.. dah la perut makin besar.. heheh cian dia lagik..

akum and selamat kembali

cuti panjang aku pon panjang kaki laa.. cheewaah mcm dapat bonus 3 bulan plak ek nak gi bercuti jauh2.. ahakss.. hadui penat sehh balik jejalan nih.. start hari isnin 12june aku gerak ke cameron highland ngan member sekapal buat private hospital tu. thanks anuar besar. aku plan nakg pulau lang tengah jer tapi sekali dia ajak lepak ngan dia kat cameron tu. aku pon hapa lagik. ok jer arr hehehe. ikut hiway utara selatan exit simpang pulai terus naik cameron dalam 1 jam 15 minit arr dari exit tu dah sampai, kalau ikut tapah mau 3jam baru sampai hehe.

sampai sana stay 3days 2night kat equatorial, sejuk nak mampos. ditambah plak dengan hujan.. perghhh dok dalam selimut jer arr.. tu dah pikir lain arr tu.. cheh.. tak habis2 ;p hahhaha.. mlm tu makan seafood, 4 kepala dalam rm80++ ok laa dari makan kat hotel. ingat nak tgk bola tapi ngantuk+penat punya pasal tgk 1st round jer.. pukul 3 pagi punya game babai.. hahhaha... esok plak gi round2 kat taman kaktus. sampai penat giler jalan petang balik tido. kul 5pm g pasar beli strawberi ujan plak turun, terus balik apartment huhuh. esok pagi2 sesiap awal nak gerak terus gi merang jeti kat terengganu.

otw turun bukit dari cameron nak ke gua musang tayar kete lak pecah. hantu betul.. aku tak perasan ada cebisan kayu balak kat jalan, nak elak lubang terlanggar plak kayu terus pecah tayar. dekat 1jam lebih tgh2 panas membara tepi hiway yg takder org+kete aku tuka tayar guna tayar spare. giler ahh. nasib baik dah dekat ngan pekan gua musang. sampai jer pekan cari stesen minya gi pam tayar+rest kejap, pastu terus sambung gi merang jeti. nasib tak sesat hahhaha.

aku bertolak dari equatorial pukul 11am sampai merang dalam kul 6.15pm penat giler. sampai merang carik bilik nak lepak sebab nak ke pulau esok hari. so kitorang stay kat suria merang resort. boley arr nak rest kat situ. esok pagi kul 9.30am gerak gi jeti merang naik boat kul 11. hampeh janji pukul 10am boat laju skali naik boat ikan. gile lambat + bising. pening kepala aku kejap.

kul 12.30 sampai de` coconut resort masuk bilik nasib bilik cun.bukak aircond kuat2 lepak bilik sat pastu gi lunch. kul 3pm ada snokerlling around island. masuk jer laut ingatkan best sgt tapi tak seperti diharapkan. banyak dead coral. tapi ikan cantik2 banyak arr. derang bawak kitorang naik boat gi area lain, kira ok arr. penat giler berenang sampai tak larat badan huhuhu. malam tu bincang punya bincang esok kena balik kl jugak. badan wife dah tak larat+demam huhuhuhu cian dia... nasib baik ada member nak gantikan tempat tu, kalau tak membazir jer 2days 1night fullboard. thanks to azrul.

esok pagi balik jeti kul 9am gerak dari resort sampai jeti 10am, nasib naik boat laju si azrul dah tunggu ngan wife dia(baru kawen) kira honeymun la utk korang. rezeki korang la nih nampaknya. kitorang plak packing barang dalam kete terus gerak gi kuala terengganu, gi pasar payang sat nyopping apa patut.. pastu terus shoot balik kl lalu LPT. sampai umah dalam pukul 7pm sabtu 17june. balik jer unpack, sesiap terus gi klinik.

itulah kisahnya percutianku yg memenatkan. amin.. nak tgk gambo ko tunggu la wife aku hapdet plak dia punya fotopages tu. hehehe. chows..

hahahhaha /me gelak dengan besar kepala.

anak? sah la anak aku anak worldcup.. hehhee aku budget 4 tahun skali laa kut hehehe. buat masa sekarang baby tu kuat menendang. tiap2 hari aku dok rasa kat perut wife aku. kut merasa baby tu tendang lagi. sekali tu tengah dok rasa2 tetiba kuat dia tendang. 1st time aku rasa camtu..hehheh best woo nak ada anak nih. :D tapi pasni tader la berdua. dah bertiga dah..

apa lagi nak citer? time cuti sekolah aritu ramai gak member aku yg kawen..sumer pakat nak berlaga l*b**g k**c**g (mengawan)---> peribahasa baru oleh rakan di peremba hahahahha tapi sayang aku tak dapat nak pegi. wife aku last minit ada urusan kerajaan. so tak dapat nak dielakkan. kepada yg berkahwen aritu aku ucapkan selamat dan berbahagia ke akhir hayat. semua hadiah diuruskan oleh pos malaysia berhad hehehhe.

First Trimester

Within two weeks of fertilization, a blood test can confirm that you are pregnant. Congratulations!

In this, your first trimester, your body is very busy not only preparing itself for the rest of your pregnancy, but also growing your baby's organs. Stem Cells begin to specialize into other cells creating your baby's pancreas, liver, brain, heart, etc. You are able to see and feel signs of this throughout these three months. In your first month, you will notice that your breasts are swollen and sensitive, then, you will find that your areola and nipples are darker and the prominent veins on your breasts are more visible. By your second month, you may be experiencing the nausea commonly referred to as morning sickness. And you may be spending even more time in the bathroom: your rising HCG and progesterone levels inspire much more frequent urination. Progesterone can also be credited with your fatigue, which is intensified by your now speedy metabolism. By week 12, your placenta has taken charge of hormone production and will now be directing your body to do all the right things to prepare for, and provide for, your baby over the next two trimesters.

By the end of this trimester, your baby will weigh approximately one ounce, and will be about three inches long. Your baby has all the major organs, a head, mouth, eyes, hands and the beginnings of limbs, fingernails, teeth and even vocal cords - all the better to scream and cry with a few months down the road. Can you imagine that? Your own howling baby? It will make all the morning sickness and breast tenderness so worthwhile!


Second Trimester

You are digesting solid food on a regular basis, which is a welcome development, and you have a lot more energy now. Your body has shifted its focus from growing your baby's organs to growing you! You will gain the majority of your weight in this trimester, and your collection of symptoms may increase. You also may notice skin changes, forgetfulness, swelling, clumsiness, backaches, nosebleeds, Braxton-Hicks contractions, or any number of minor inconveniences, aches, and sensations. You may start noticing a fluttering sensation: your baby at play inside you! He or she will be somersaulting around in your amniotic fluid, reacting to touch and loud noises.

Your baby is able now to react to the outside world, thanks to ears that can overhear and eyes complete with brows and lashes that can see everything within eight inches. Your baby can do so much now! Hiccups are an option. So is thumb-sucking. Their hands and feet are fully formed, nails and all. And their brain tissue is bulking up quite nicely, as is their head of hair, (if there's any there)... By the end of this trimester, your baby will weigh approximately three pounds, and should be about 11 inches in length. They've been growing as quickly as you have!

Third Trimester

While your weight gain is slowing, your baby's is still at full throttle. But your baby isn't moving around much anymore. Other than positioning themselves for birth, they're not going to do too much moving around towards the end of this trimester. What they will be doing is shedding (and eating some of) the lanugo and vernix that have been blanketing them, while their lungs and brain are racing toward maturity. Their immune system is still immature, though. Your placenta, and later your breast milk, provide needed antibodies. Your baby's sight has improved: they can now track movement and differentiate between light and dark. Thanks to this development, they're now on a regular sleep cycle. Don't count on that lasting too long after birth. You are at your most voluptuous.

Though you are not gaining much more weight, your bra size is through the roof. Your baby's size is impressive as well, and that is making it tough to sleep and unwise to stay too far from the bathroom. Those trips to the bathroom may now involve waddling. Relaxin, one of those hormones running rampant through your system, softens your hip joints, and your belly has begun throwing your posture into a swayback curve, which, if unchecked, will intensify your backaches. The aching and waddling will end soon enough, though. Labor generally occurs naturally before week 42. Ideally, it lasts for between 11 and 15 hours.

By your due date, your baby will, if average, weigh about seven and a half pounds, measure about twenty inches from head to toe, and be the most beautiful little person you will ever meet.

First Month

Though your baby looks like a tadpole, isn't even an inch long, and weighs less than an ounce, he or she is already filling your thoughts and transforming your body. You no longer have your period, but you have lots of hormones running through your system, making sure that you're fully equipped for growing your baby. Your hormones have already succeeded in swelling your breasts, and you might find them a little tender.

In the meantime, your fertilized egg has completed the week long journey to your uterus, settled into your endometrial lining, and divided in two. One half is the embryo you are falling in love with, and the other is becoming the placenta. The embryo has developed a head and mouth, eyes, buds that will become arms and legs, the beginning of lungs and a digestive tract, and a heart that will begin to beat at the end of this month. And the neural tube, which will become your baby's brain and spinal cord, has already begun to form. That's quite a list of accomplishments your little one has racked up!



Second Month

Now that you're in the second month of your pregnancy, you may find yourself a little more tired, a little more nauseous, and a lot hungrier for weird combinations of food. Your breasts are still sore and your nipples and areola have darkened, but you're probably more focused on your stomach. It's emptying itself regularly, thanks to estrogen inspired morning sickness and your bladder's more and more frequent demands. You're probably filling right back up though, thanks to the cravings that may have already set in.

Meanwhile, that other occupant of your lower torso, your baby, is still an embryo. He or she hasn't grown much bigger, but now has little stumps for ears, wrists, ankles, fingers, and toes. All of your baby's major organs are present and accounted for, though none of them are fully developed. And your placenta is ready to do business with your blood, exchanging your baby's waste products for the food and oxygen running through your veins. You and your baby are all set up and ready to grow together through the coming months.



Third Month

Your baby is now officially a fetus! And you're probably moody, irritable, tired, light-headed, dizzy, nauseous, and headachy. And beginning to feel fat. Take comfort in this news: by the end of this month, your morning sickness should subside, and your baby is already beginning to look like a real person! By the end of this month, your baby will be four inches long and will weigh a little more than an ounce. Your baby is now officially either a he or a she, and he or she has eyes, a chin, bits of teeth, a nose, and a forehead. Their fingers and toes are almost fully formed. They're moving around already, though you don't feel it yet, and it won't be long now before you're moving around a lot more, too. You will soon get your energy back, and you will be feeling generally much better. Forming all your baby's organs has taken a lot out of you these last several weeks. Congratulations on a job well done!

MEMO TO ALL STAFF

Due to the current financial situation caused by the present recession, Management has decided to implement a scheme to put all workers of 30 years of age, on early retirement. This scheme will be known as RAPE (Retire Aged People Early).

Persons selected to be RAPED can apply to management to be eligible for the SHAFT scheme (Special Help After Forced Termination). Persons who have been RAPED and SHAFTED will be reviewed under the SCREW scheme (Scheme Covering Retired Early Workers). A person may be RAPED once, SHAFTED twice and SCREWED as many times as Management deems appropriate.

Persons who have been RAPED can only get AIDS (Additional Income for Dependants of Spouse) or HERPES (Half Earnings for Retired Personnel Early Severance).

Obviously persons who have AIDS or HERPES will not be SHAFTED or SCREWED any further by Management. Persons staying on will receive as much SHIT (Special High Intensity Training) as possible. Management has always prided itself on the amount of SHIT it gives employees.

Should you feel that you do not receive enough SHIT, please bring it to the attention of your Supervisor. They have been trained to give you all the SHIT you can handle

kejap jer dah masuk bulan 3..keje kat spital nih memang buhsan nak mampoos..bila tah nak siap aku pon tatau. naik muak aku ari2 gi keje. tu yang kekadang sajer je aku monteng cakap mc. aii dah siap bukak smuler, pastu pasang balik, then inspection, kantoi lagik, pastu buat rectification plak...BILA NAK HABIS MACAM NIH. testing tak leh nak jalan.. dah sumer 3rd fix item kena bukak.. operation theather pon satu lagi punya laa payah nak siap..bomba testing nak buat.. syabas nak inspect, dbkl dah tanya bila nak inspect.. giler keje mcm nih..

pastu dapat plak satu berita yang agak mengejutkan.. entah ya entah tidak.. tapi macam dah confirm jer.. tunggu laa check bebetul baru leh kata ya atau kata tidak..tapi gabra la jugak nak menunggu nih. petang nih kul 4pm gi jumpa and confirmkan.. kalau ya kata ya jangan plak kata 50-50. memang aku suing jer nanti hehee.. emil...emil...memang nak kena nih.

satu lagik...rasa macam nak carik keje baru.. tapi tatau kat mana nak blah..dapat company yang stabil baru laa blah..kalau tak susah jugak. minggu lepas dapat tau yang MD aku macam nak kena sack jer. alih2 dapat email MD aku disuruh cuti 3 bulan.. mcm2 citer aku dengar.. pasal politik laa.. tatau laa apa nak jadik mcm nih. eii soba jer la.. ni dah bulan 3 kang masuk bulan 4 pastu bulan 5 errr rasa kejap plak masa berlalu...

minyak dah naik...slalu isi minyak moto tu rm5 penuh sampai tumpah2 sekarang isi rm5 separuh jer..gilaaa babas laa mcm nih.. aritu g pasar borong harga ikan mak aii melambong2 tak leh nak bayangkan.. mahalnya.. hadoii gaji aku tak naik2 lagik minyak jer yang naik.. tak bley tahan.. kena carik part time laa camnih..

malam tadik aku gi nengok PGL the musical.. syiok woo. tak sangka plak aku best giler. anyway thanks to my wife sebab sudi belanja tgk theater nih. actually aku tak berapa minat tengok theater, tapi disebabkan desakan dan ajakan dari wife kesayanganku, aku ikut laa tengok. tapi dia laa belanja hehe cekonon sempena malam valentine laa hehe.

the cronical of PGL...

1. beli tiket kat istana budaya siang semalam. aku ngan ika gi istana budaya nak beli tiket. tunggu punya laa lama. at last dia panggil no58,kitorang beratur laa. memula tanya byk tak kosong sebab budget dalam rm50/ticket je last2 dia beli yang seratus punya tiket..perghh sebbaik dapat diskaun. tapi still mahal laa. kalau aku yg beli tobat laa aku tak ajak gie tengok hehehe.. thanks again to my wife.

2. lepas confirm beli, tgk tayangan start pukul 8.30pm(dlm ticket ada tulis), so arini aku kena balik awal la sebab nak drive gi kl, tu namanya keje gile sebab aku tau sure jem.aku pon cabut dalam kul 5pm dalam ujan lebat kat kl. sesampai umah ika dah siap masak takut lapau. heh. so makan dulu lah. aku gi sesiap jap, pakai encem2(dah sedia oleh isteriku) and terus nak gerak. aku bawak tak laa laju tapi ikut jalan yg tak jem. separuh jalan je yg tak jem rupanya, sekali masuk jalan kat depat masjid negara tuh dah jem gila babassss... fuhhh tensen amat dong..

3. sesampai je kat depan istana budaya dah kul 8.30pm, kena masuk 15minit awal, risau gak aku kang dia tak bagi masuk. kitorang dah lambat giler nih. so berlari2 anak lah kami. huhuhu sesampai jer rupanya baru dia bagi masuk. erm gi toilet dulu lepas2kan apa yg patut. then masuk panggung. tempat duduk rasanya 1st class. tunggu punya tunggu pukul 9.00pm baru start babak pertama. jeng jeng jeng..

4. GEMPAK!! MENARIK!! BEST!! NYANYI-NYANYI2 POWER!! dalam kepenatan drive dalam jem tu ngan ticketnya mahal sebaik theater nih best. serius aku cakap 10kali lagik best dari movienya. dan beratus kali best dari theater barung yg aku tgk kat bali arituh hehe..dia bagi break 15minit before act yang ke2.

5. start babak kedua pon best gak cuma slack dari awal yg aku dapat tgk rahman huges yg belakon jadik hang tuah tu pelat cakap melayu.. alaa spoil je rasanya.ada laa beberapa kali dia tersasul.wife aku cakap kalau tiara ngan hani mohsin baru kena.. heh takapalah yang penting berbaloi tengok! yg gempaknya set derang boleh turun naik tuh.. pastu lighting dia pon best gak. yang paling best musicalnya..paling menyerlah aku rasa adlin jadik sultan mahmud and ac mizal jadik adipati. best gak arr derang belakon.

6. pukul 12 tgh malam baru abis. sumer bangun tepuk tangan. ada laa beberapa pelakon yg aku nampak join skali nengok theater nih. termasuklah ydp N9 and wifenya.

aku nak upload gambar2 dari pgl musical tapi takleh plak.. hehe korang nak tengok? baik cepat sebab selalunya sold out.
